Maintenance Technician - Mercedes Benz

LSH Auto is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician specialising in Mercedes Benz vehicles to join our dedicated team. Located at our Whitefield dealership, you will play a key role in maintaining the performance and quality of our luxury vehicle fleet.

Welcome Bonus: £2000

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: - £31,500 Plus OTE Bonus

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform servicing, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes Benz vehicles to manufacturer specifications
• Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults
• Ensure the use of correct parts, lubricants, and materials while keeping detailed service records
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly regarding vehicle conditions and required work
  
  

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
• Minimum 2 years' experience working with Mercedes Benz or similar luxury vehicles
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid UK driving license
• Willingness to engage in ongoing training, especially in emerging electric vehicle technologies
