Maintenance Technician - NEW HILTON HOTELS

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks

```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong electrical knowledge, including the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform repairs on various types of machinery
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Ability to weld and fabricate as needed for repairs or modifications
- Experience in facilities maintenance is preferred

Summary

As a Maintenance Technician at Hilton Garden Inn & Homewood Suites, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and electrical experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Your core responsibilities will include maintaining schematics, managing CMMS, and providing excellent customer service. With your skills in facilities maintenance and leadership, you will contribute to creating a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
