What You’ll Do
- Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community for all residents.
- Apply your troubleshooting expertise to respond promptly and professionally to a variety of residential service requests.
- Prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing repairs related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, pools, and building exteriors.

Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to create a community residents are proud to call home.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances, HVAC systems, and building exterior repairs.
- Strong commitment to customer service with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and team members.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call schedules as needed.

Ability to live on-site in the provided two-bedroom apartment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.

EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) along with hands-on HVAC repair experience.
