Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Technician.

Our first task will be exterior painting, in a team environment. If you have a strong, honest, high standard work ethic, we will have an important place for you within our maintenance and property management crew.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer as needed.
• Execute commercial painting projects using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment.
• Knowledge of some masonry work, and fixture installation to support various maintenance tasks.
• Prior handyman experience or general maintenance background to support a variety of miscellaneous jobs.
• Understanding of Jobsite safety protocols.
• Potential familiarity of landscape maintenance, including tree trimming, grass cutting, and fence repair.
