Maintenance Technician Part Time

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing a safe and efficient environment of all guests and teams.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues requiring attention.
• Resolve basic repair needs in a timely manner.
• Fabricate components as needed for repairs or improvements.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and dedication to serve others.
• Ability to follow written direction and preform Preventative maintenance plans.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance tasks and inventory management.
• Execute painting tasks as part of facility upkeep.
• Weld components as necessary for repairs or fabrication projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs.
• Maintain Indoor pool and Common and Lobby area of property.
• Upkeep of building grounds and identify and correct saftey concerns for general property.

Requirements

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong emphasis on electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Some-Weekends and on call availability is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with CMMS software for managing maintenance tasks.
• Experience supervising teams is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills in residential painting and plumbing are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
