Maintenance Technician (Part Time)

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems within the hotel and throughout the exterior of the property
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine the best course of action for repairs
- Fabricate and install new equipment or components as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities with other team members

Skills:
- Proficient in fabricating and installing equipment or components
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
