Maintenance Technician (Per Diem)

Summary: To maintain a safe, functional, physical environment for patients, employees and guests.

• Pay Range: $21/hr. to $25/hr
  
  

Work Site Location: 11878 Avenue of Industry, San Diego, CA 92128

Work Schedule: Per Diem: Variable, Hours vary based on business needs

Responsibilities:

• General building repair and maintenance
• Grounds maintenance
• Routine plumbing and electrical
• Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs and equipment
• Respond in a timely manner to alarms and codes
• Facility cleaning
• Complies with facility safety, infection control and security program
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repair and maintenance
• Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment
