The Maintenance Teams are on 12hr rotating shifts where team members work 3 days one week, 4 days the next, and enjoy a 3-day weekend off every other week!

This position is for our Dip Spin facility located at 533 Hupp Ave, Jackson, MI 49203.

Employee will receive 40 hours straight pay + 2 hours OT each week.

Primary Functions:
The Maintenance Team is responsible for conducting preventive and predictive maintenance activities, as well as repairing production equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform tasks as outlined in the preventive maintenance system.

Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as required.

Comply with all Company, Plant, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with all levels of management and plant personnel, both verbally and in writing.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.

Understand and adhere to EPC's environmental directives.

Be aware of and minimize the environmental impact associated with their division.
Job Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing production environment.

Excellent mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-
Demonstrated experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system repairs.

Proficiency in working with robotic systems and PLCs.

Strong electrical knowledge, including troubleshooting 480V 3-phase systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder logic diagrams.

Must hold and maintain a valid forklift license.

Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Regular and prompt attendance is required.
