Your day starts with a clear plan and a great team behind you-but when the unexpected happens, you're the hero who steps in to save the day. Whether it's repairing a guest's "mystery noise," fine‑tuning a PTAC unit, or making a room shine again, you're all about safe, efficient, high‑quality work with minimal disruption.

And yes-you'll use technology too. We embrace smart systems and tools that make your job easier, faster, and more impactful.

You're equal parts independent and team‑oriented. You love checking off detailed preventative maintenance tasks, but you're also ready to leap into action the moment a teammate or guest needs you.

We're looking for someone with basic experience in:

• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Carpentry
• HVAC & PTAC cleaning
• Painting, caulking, general repairs
• Problem‑solving on the fly
