Job Overview We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician/ticket runner for our properties located in Houston, TX.Duties<ul><li>Ensure all work orders and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain an organized, clean and safe work area</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors</li><li>Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns</li><li>Assist with turnkey operations if needed</li></ul>Qualifications Must be able to diagnose problems with and repair the following:<ul><li>Major appliances</li><li>Basic - Intermediate plumbing</li><li>Basic - Intermediate electrical (when no license required)</li><li>Sheet rock</li><li>General carpentry</li><li>Repair and install flooring and tile</li><li>Painting</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $19.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
