Maintenance Technician Trainee

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Maintenance Technician Trainee to join our maintenance team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in maintenance and skilled trades. The trainee will work under the supervision of experienced technicians and receive hands-on training in equipment maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine maintenance and repairs
• Learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic plumbing issues
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as assigned
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹22,753.41 per month
