Maintenance Technician *Westchase*

Mosaic Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Ticket Runner in the Westchase District!

This position will assist the Maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance processes of the property, focusing on, but not limited to the cleaning and upkeep of the property grounds and common areas.

Must possess AC certification and have a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
