Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and systems, including:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and addressing issues with equipment and systems promptly.
• Conducting regular maintenance to keep all hotel equipment in optimal condition.
• Responding to guest maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment, following established safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
• Assisting fellow technicians with larger projects and completing assigned duties as needed.
• Managing supplies and materials, including ordering and stocking when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic carpentry.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
