Maintenance Trainee

• Assist in performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Support basic repairs related to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments under supervision.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or repair needs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop areas in an organized and safe condition.
• Follow hotel safety policies, fire regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems (technical training preferred).
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
