Maintenance Warehouse Attendant

The Role:

We’re hiring a Maintenance Warehouse Attendant to help keep our maintenance storeroom running smoothly. You’ll work closely with the Maintenance Warehouse Lead to receive, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and PPE that keep our plant operating safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
• Stock and organize warehouse inventory.
• Pull and kit parts for scheduled maintenance work.
• Deliver materials to designated plant drop-off points.
• Assist with cycle counts and annual inventory checks.
• Help track tool and PPE sign-outs.
Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (training provided if needed).

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP knowledge helpful.
• Willingness to work in a non-conditioned warehouse environment (with conditioned office).
Team player with good communication skills.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Organize and maintain accurate records to comply with departmental budgetary and cost tracking requirements.
• Maintain document management systems as assigned.
• Retrieve information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepare written summaries of data
• Perform clerical tasks in closing out projects, place project files in their proper electronic locations in SharePoint and applicable systems items.
• Provide logistical and support activities for team and site functions when called upon
• Support special improvement projects for plant facilities.
• Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions for their representative department or functional area
• Maintain a climate of good and safe working conditions through strict observance of plant safety rules, good housekeeping and observance of safety awareness programs per SI Group established guidelines

Creating Extraordinary Starts With:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a project environment a plus
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office Suite with advanced knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support department
• Other applications as needed by department/site. Examples: Vizio, ADP, Learning Management System etc.
