Maintenance Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of facilities and equipment through routine maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues, including but not limited to HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Utilize tools such as welders, ohmmeters, and schematics to conduct repairs and maintenance tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to address facility-related concerns and improve operational efficiency.

Skills

• Proficient in mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in facilities maintenance.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
