Maintenance Worker

The Avon Old Farms Hotel is a gracious New England Hotel conveniently located at the bottom of Avon Mountain in the Farmington Valley. We are looking for an individual to become an integral part of our Maintenance Team.
Requirements:

• General mechanical knowledge, painting, carpentry & etc.
• Ability to handle snow removal and general landscaping.
• Flexibility with scheduling & availability to workdays or evenings as well as weekends & holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds. Able to bend, stretch and stand for extended periods of time.
• The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
• Valid Drivers License (required)
• Reliable Transportation (required)Applicants must have their own tools.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
