Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the optimal operation and appearance of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscaping, equipment repair, groundskeeping, and general facility upkeep. Duties.

• Perform routine facility maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, repairing electrical fixtures, or servicing HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Strong background in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices.
• Experience with snow plowing, tree trimming, irrigation systems, and hardscape installations is highly desirable.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes and general facility maintenance procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to repairs and upkeep.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
