Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and outdoor structures using hand tools and power tools
• Conduct landscaping activities including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation
• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for excavation projects or land grading tasks
• Maintain lawns through lawn care practices like mowing, edging, fertilizing, and irrigation system management
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe pathways and parking areas
• Support tree care activities including pruning, trimming, planting, and removal as needed
• Carry out general construction tasks such as installing new fixtures or repairing existing infrastructure

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including horticulture principles and garden maintenance
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery safely
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, snow plowing, and tree care procedures
• Strong understanding of landscape maintenance standards and hardscape installation processes
• Prior experience in maintenance roles involving gardening, landscaping, or general facility upkeep preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols
