Maintenance Worker

Overview
Join our dynamic maintenance team as a part-time Maintenance Worker. We are offering 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Become a vital part of keeping our facilities safe, functional, and visually appealing! In this energetic role, you'll take charge of a wide range of maintenance tasks, from landscaping, light painting, light plumbing, light electrical, light carpentry, light roofing, fencing, and lawn care to Your hands-on skills and proactive attitude will ensure our community and infrastructure are well-maintained, inviting, and operational year-round. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working outdoors, enjoys using a variety of tools, and takes pride in creating beautiful, safe environments.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including tree trimming, gardening, and planting to enhance outdoor aesthetics.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, landscaping, sewer machine,sub pump.
• Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Carry out routine repairs on facilities, equipment, and outdoor structures to ensure safety and functionality While adhering to safety standards.
• Assist with tree care activities including pruning, planting, and removal to promote healthy growth.
• Other maintenance duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely.
• Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and gardening.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care including trimming and planting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate tasks with team members and report issues promptly. Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
