Duties

• Upkeep of over 200 tenant apartments
• Familiarity with tools, hot water tanks, plumbing, painting, and sheet rock repair
• Willing to learn
• Ability to work cooperatively within a small team

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• pass a background check
