Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the residential treatment facility through skilled maintenance and repair tasks. This role supports the well-being of residents and staff by maintaining building systems, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with daily cleaning and upkeep. The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment, collaborating closely with housekeeping and other facility staff to ensure the facility remains in optimal condition.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs, upkeep, and preventative maintenance across the facility.
- Must having knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Perform painting for facility interiors and exteriors as required.
- Handle lawn care, landscaping, and general upkeep of outdoor areas, including power washing and other grounds maintenance.
- Assist with scheduled maintenance activities to ensure all facility systems are in optimal condition.
- Perform basic cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining clean and safe common areas throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to support facility-wide cleaning and sanitation efforts.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of maintenance areas, storage rooms, and facility grounds.
- Demonstrate leadership skills when necessary, coordinating with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
