Maintenance Worker

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and lawn care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
• Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for various repair and installation projects
• Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and perform repairs promptly
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to promote healthy landscaping
• Carry out general building maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry as needed

Experience

• Proven experience with mechanical knowledge related to building systems, landscaping equipment, or construction tools
• Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as tree care, horticulture, and gardening techniques
• Hands-on experience operating lawn mowers, trimmers, excavators, and other power tools
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and hardscape installation is highly desirable
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong understanding of maintenance procedures across different trades including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Pay: $10.00 - $11.00 per hour
