Maintenance Worker - Highway 76

Help keep Branson's most iconic corridor looking its best.

As a Highway 76 Maintenance Worker, you'll maintain streetscape features
while serving as a friendly, visible ambassador to visitors and local businesses.

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• One (1) year of experience in performing semi-skilled building maintenance tasks and landscape maintenance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid Driver's license and be insurable under the City of Branson's motor vehicle coverage when operating a vehicle as a part of the position.
• Be willing to work snow routes that include 12-hour shifts during the months of November through March.
• Be able to pass a background investigation, drug and alcohol screenings, and a physical agility screening.
• A passing grade on the written portion of the Class A or B CDL exam is required before employment.
• Pass the driving portion of the Class A or B CDL exam with tanker endorsement within 12 months of being hired into position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE WILL INCLUDE:

• Keep Highway 76 looking its best by maintaining streetscape elements, landscaping, irrigation systems, lighting, and public features.
• Stay active in the fieldremoving debris and graffiti, power washing, planting seasonal flowers, and completing special projects that enhance the corridor.
• Monitor conditions and support daily operations, including snow removal, minor repairs, and identifying opportunities for maintenance or improvement.
• Serve as a friendly ambassador, greeting visitors, assisting the public, and building positive relationships with local businesses.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: The starting hourly wage is $20.26 per hour and will increase to $21.07 per hour after 6 months of successful probation.

WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Some after hours will be required.
WORK LOCATION: In and around the City of Branson, Missouri; This position requires work to be performed onsite.
