Maintenance Worker - Part Time

Premieant is looking for a part-time Maintenance Technicianin the McAllen area to join our team!

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for making all general repairs and maintaining in good condition all Premieant locations, including residential program sites, day hab program and office.

The Maintenance Tech addresses all preventative and general maintenance issues, and emergency situations at all locations (interior and exterior), equipment and appliance repair. You will be assigned a company vehicle to travel from work locations.

Basic skills include but are not limited to :

• Interior paint, tape & float and texture
• Power-washing
• Repair / replace all plumbing fixtures
• Maintain and repair appliances
• Troubleshoot heating and central ac units
• Check all electrical items regularly
• Minor roof repairs
• Additional duties, as needed

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
