Maintenance Worker - Part-Time- Intergenerational Recreation Center

JOB
Working under the supervision of the Recreation Facilities Supervisor, performs a variety of duties in the maintenance of county recreation facilities and grounds.

EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Responsible for janitorial duties including, but not limited to: cleaning restrooms, removing garbage, litter, and debris.Sets up meeting rooms, gymnasium, and other areas for events.Cleans windows and floors with equipment such as squeegees and floor scrubbing machines.Pressure washes, removes weeds, and other light landscaping around the property.Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. (painting, repairing drywall, etc.)Performs routine maintenance on building systems.Cleans and assists with the upkeep of the facility,Orders supplies and materials as needed for repairs and maintenance.
