Maintenance/Grounds Technician

The Maintenance Tech is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained in the best possible condition at all times with the least amount of inconvenience to customers and employees. Responsible primarily for general maintenance, repairs and upkeep in guest rooms, meeting space, common areas and grounds.

Must pro-actively maintain equipment and rooms through preventative maintenance and stay well organized with daily, weekly and monthly schedules and records.

Must be able to work with plumbing, AC systems, drywall/carpentry, electrical and be tech savvy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
