Maintenance/Houseman

Open Call. We are looking to hire a full-time Houseman/Maintenance to join our team.

The U Hotel Fifth Avenue is located on 373 5th Avenue, New York, NY, 10016.

This shift is 5 days a week totaling 40 hours per week including weekends. Exact schedule to be discussed.

Maintenance/Laundry/House Man duties include minor general maintenance in guestrooms, custodial/houseman duties like mopping, stocking laundry closets, shampooing guest room rugs, cleaning and polishing granite hallways, trash duties, accepting deliveries, and other miscellaneous duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
