Maintenance/Houseman Worker part Time

At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte - Southend is seeking an experienced Hotel maintenance worker.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Must be able to work safely with minimum supervision; to prioritize tasks and be able to do maintenance work.

Will respond to shift duty calls

Preventative maintenance

Minor repairs to facility and equipment

Must have good physical health.

Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, a record of punctuality and reliability and great customer service are required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to speak in English; a second language is an asset.

Must be well-groomed, a team player, positive interpersonal skills, be service-oriented and have a good mechanical aptitude.

One (1) year relevant experience in hotel

Heating/refrigeration, plumbing, or other related maintenance trade an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
