Maintenance/Janitorial Worker (WH)

Seeking Maintenance/Janitorial Worker

Our Association is currently accepting resumes for a part-time Maintenance/Janitorial worker. The position is Thursday - Sunday 8AM - 12PM. Starting pay is $16 hourly. Must list 3 references, all references will be contacted.

Qualifications:

Must possess a current State of Hawaii Driver’s License and provide a copy of a clean drivers abstract. Must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Willingness to learn, attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, punctual, own transportation, team player, positive attitude, knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and must be able to lift up to 40lbs. Swimming pool knowledge is a plus.

Job Duties are, but not limited to:

Janitorial work, cleaning, mopping, emptying trash, light carpentry, painting, light electrical, light plumbing, pressure washing, repair sprinkler heads, trash dump runs, raking leaves, etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
