Maintenance/Parking Attendant

This is an afternoon/evening dual position as follows: Maintenance Engineer will ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. As Parking Attendant, key responsibilities include, patrolling areas to prevent theft/damage, assisting customers, and maximizing space usage. They often work outdoors, requiring physical stamina and strong communication skills.

Their work typically involves:

• undertaking scheduled maintenance
• responding to breakdowns/guest requests
• completing work tickets
• inspect perimeter of building/receptacles
• adhering to maintenance procedures

Shift and 'on-call' work may be required.
