Maintenance/Property Manager

We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Person/Property Manager to help maintain the grounds, facilities, and natural beauty of our family-owned mountain cabin resort and hot springs. This role is essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a well-functioning and welcoming environment year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on cabins, facilities, and common areas
• Inspect and maintain hot springs systems, pools, and related equipment
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
• Maintain grounds, including snow removal and landscaping
• Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance logs
• Maintain septic systems and water softener systems
• Support small renovation and improvement projects
• Work closely with front desk, management and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience needed
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building systems
• Experience with pool/spa or hot springs maintenance is a plus (training provided if needed)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, honest, and detail-oriented

Work Environment:

• Primarily outdoors and in rustic, mountainous conditions
• Exposure to varying weather, wildlife, and uneven terrain
• On-call or flexible schedule may be required during peak seasons or emergencies
• Small, friendly staff

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
