Sunoco Gas Station is a fast-growing, national company that provides on-site and remote staffing solutions. We are the premier provider of in-person and telecommuting staff, as well as innovative staffing solutions. We are currently looking for passionate and experienced team members to join our Madisonville, TX office. Our ideal candidates are highly motivated, self-directed, and ready to take on new challenges. We are looking for individuals who will be able to provide our clients with top notch customer service, as well as assist them with their personal and professional needs. This position will be based out of the Madisonville, TX office.

Job Responsibilities:
·Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff.
·Assist clients with daily tasks such as taking phone calls, completing paperwork, scheduling appointments, etc.
·Assist with other tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments, taking payments, etc.
·Perform administrative tasks such as creating new jobs in our software system and updating our client databases.
·Provide support to on-call team members when needed.
·Maintain clean and organized work spaces at client locations.
·Communicate with management when issues occur at client locations.

Qualifications:
·Strong customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
·Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have basic knowledge of computers/data entry.
·Ability to work independently or as a part of a team when necessary.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift (Preferred)
