Seasonal Part-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced, reliable Part-Time Groundskeeper / Maintenance Team Member to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and functionality of our winery and event venue. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on projects, and can independently handle general maintenance and upkeep tasks.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds and outdoor spaces
• Assisting with landscaping, outdoor upkeep, and general property maintenance
• Performing minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Helping ensure the venue is clean, safe, and guest-ready for daily service and events
• Identifying maintenance concerns and communicating them to management
• Supporting setup and upkeep needs during busy weekends and events

Qualifications:

• Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience required
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently
• Electrical experience preferred
• Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Able to work efficiently and maintain a professional demeanor

Details:

• Part-time position (Busy Season is May–October)
• Friday–Sunday availability preferred during busy season
• Pay based on experience
