Your passion for French high end pastries, French Viennoiseries (all prepared with imported Italian or French ingredients), Italian/French coffee style, and flair for style, elegance, extreme politeness, speaking will help us connect with our community and elevate our brand presence. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each customer receives top-quality service.
• Serve any orders from our pastry or viennoieseries
• Act as the face of the brand by engaging customers in friendly conversations and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Full front to back Boutique activities
• Engage Customer with new products
• Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling orders (in-store, to-go, and online), preparing drinks, and maintaining cleanliness. Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver compelling service

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for customer interaction is essential.
• Strong communication skills, to connect effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach.
• Passion for customer experience, luxury products sales, engaging with customers

Pay: $18.70 - $24.50 per hour
