GREYWIND, the latest restaurant from award-winning chef DAN KLUGER is seeking a Maitre'D to join our team!

About Us:

We are a multi-unit restaurant concept including –

• Greywind - Greenmarket-driven restaurant with American cuisine featuring seasonal, local ingredients at the forefront creating a playful, modern take on recognizable dishes using bold, unexpected flavors.
• The Bakery at Greywind - An all day bakery featuring a seasonal selection of housemade breads, baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, tea, salads and sandwiches.
• Spygold – An intimate, firelit cocktail bar featuring modern versions of classic favorites highlighting seasonal ingredients and local, artisanal spirits.

About YOU:
The ideal candidate must also have excellent communication skills and excel in team-oriented environments. As the Maitre'D, you are the first impression of our space and it's important that you have an outgoing and energetic personality and are able to interact positively with others in high-pressure situations. The Maitre'D is responsible for seating guests, managing the reservation book, keeping parties organized across multiple events spaces, checking coats and bags, and keeping a hospitable demeanor at all time. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Team.

Must be available Monday, Friday, and Saturday nights (non-negotiable) and be willing to work a mix of lunch and dinner shifts.
