Your Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Property Manager, you'll be responsible for returning vacated apartments to market-ready condition on time and to standard. This includes cleaning, minor repairs, painting and ensuring each unit is move-in ready. Additional duties may be assigned by the Property Manager, Director of Maintenance, or Regional Supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of general labor and/or skilled trades experience
• Ability to follow instructions and meet physical demands of the job
• Proficiency with tools and equipment, including vacuums, buffers, ladders, hand tools, carpet cleaners, and more
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Own set of tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required
