  • Basic Human Resources tasks.
  • Provide general admin support
  • Preparation and processing of payroll
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals
  • Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
  • Process and obtain approvals and ensure timely payments.
  • Preparation of Invoices and debit notes.
  • Track and documentation of sales bookings and payments
  • Preparation of Sales and Commissions’ Report
  • Recording daily business transactions on MS Excel & Tally
  • Preparation of quotations for clients.

Job requirements

  • Experienced in general account and relevant areas.
  • Resourceful, with a positive and problem-solving attitude
  • Initiative, drive and enthusiasm
  • Good organisational and coordination skills
  • Responsible, efficient and structured with attention to detail
  • Responsible & Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
