We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Male Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide reliable administrative support, ensure smooth daily operations, and assist in maintaining an efficient, professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Monitor and review employee attendance and time-sheets accurately.
- Assist with on-site administrative tasks and coordination.
- Support internal department with procurement, data entry, and office coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Male candidate preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative role especially handling time -sheets, attendance and on -site tasks.
- Familiarity with administrative procedures in construction companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
