We are a leading education provider. An work from home opportunity is available for an Administrative Assistant with an IT background (highly regarded) from 4 am to 1 pm Monday to Friday with 45 minute lunch break and 5 am to 8 am Saturday:
- Proven 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook) and other office management software
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling administrative challenges
- A positive and adaptable attitude, always willing to go the extra mile to support the team and company
