Duties

Perform precise haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services for male clients using professional barbering techniques

Utilize various tools including straight razors, clippers, scissors, and styling products to achieve desired looks

Provide expert advice on hair styling, color theory, and grooming routines tailored to individual preferences

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following all sanitation standards and regulations

Engage with clients through excellent communication skills, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations

Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, checking in appointments, and managing retail sales

Requirements

Proficiency in hair styling techniques including fades, tapers, and beard shaping

Strong understanding of sanitation practices and safety standards in a salon environment

Experience with advanced skills such as nail care is a plus

Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients
