Male Barber cum all rounder-Philipino Nationality only

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and customer-focused Male Barber cum all rounder to work in our unisex salon at Reef Mall, Deira. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business growth while maintaining the high standards of the Naturals brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional haircuts, beard trims, shaving, styling, and hair coloring services for male clients.
• Provide facial grooming, head massage, Mani/Pedi and basic skincare treatments as per salon standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the salon and workstations at all times.
• Greet and assist customers courteously, ensuring a positive and comfortable client experience.
• Support day-to-day salon operations — including reception duties, appointment management, and product sales when required.
• Monitor and restock salon supplies and tools, ensuring equipment is well-maintained and sterilized.
• Assist in training or helping other staff when required and ensure smooth workflow within the salon.
• Keep up-to-date with current grooming trends, products, and techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barber or All-rounder in a reputed gents salon.
• Skilled in modern and traditional haircuts, fades, shaving, and styling techniques.
• Knowledge of basic facial, head massage, and grooming treatments preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must maintain personal hygiene, grooming, and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple clients efficiently.
• Flexible to work on weekends and shifts as per salon schedule.
• Valid UAE experience or GCC experience will be an added advantage.
