MALE BARISTA

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Male Barista with expertise in specialty coffee to prepare high-quality coffee beverages and deliver an exceptional customer experience in our café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages to company standards
• Operate coffee machines and equipment proficiently
• Create latte art and craft beverages with precision
• Take customer orders accurately and handle POS/cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
• Monitor inventory and report stock needs
• Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming café experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista, especially in specialty coffee
• Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
