Job Title: Male Cashier (with Real Estate Experience)
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Male Cashier with proven experience in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the accounts team in property-related payments and collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process payments (cash, cheque, bank transfers) related to property sales, rentals, and other services
• Issue receipts and maintain proper documentation for all transactions
• Record daily financial transactions accurately in the system
• Coordinate with the accounts and leasing/sales team for payment updates
• Handle tenant and client inquiries regarding payments
• Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a cashier in a real estate company
• Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and payment processes
• Good numerical and reconciliation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations is an advantage

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
