Male Fit Out Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

* Capable of securing execution projects for the company.

* Lead and manage fit out projects to high end.

* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives.

* Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

* Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.

* Mentor and guide site engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

* Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Applied Arts major in Interior Design & Furniture or similar.

* 7+ years of proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions) with an excellent portfolio of previous works.

* Skilled in meeting clients, reviewing all plans and drawings, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

* Capable of conducting site visits and preparing detailed quantity calculations (BOQ) with our current team.

* The ideal candidate should maintain a strong network of subcontractors and qualified labor covering all fit‑out specialties, ensuring the ability to provide and mobilize complete teams for any project requirement.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Highly creative with a strong eye for detail and design precision.

* Comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle, from engineering execution to final delivery.

* Experience in sourcing and coordinating with contractors, workers, and suppliers is essential.
