About Us

Royal Boxing & Fitness is a premium sports club combining functional training, boxing, and wellness. We are expanding our coaching team and seeking a skilled, presentable, and motivated male trainer who can work confidently with international clients and contribute to the club’s growth.

Requirements

Gender: Male
Age range: 20–40

Languages:

• Strong English (Intermediate+ required)
• Arabic is a strong advantage
• Additional languages welcome

Nationality:

• Preferably English-speaking backgrounds; however, candidates of all nationalities with strong communication skills are welcome.

Professional skills:

• Functional training
• Strength training
• Boxing skills — required (capable of conducting boxing personal training sessions)
• Sales skills and confidence in promoting services
• Experience working with premium clients is an advantage

Social Media Presence:

• Active and professional Instagram page
• Ability to attract clients through social media is highly valued

Physical appearance:

• Fit, athletic, and presentable — important for a premium club environment

Certification:

• REPs UAE registered certificate — mandatory
• First Aid / CPR certificate — mandatory

Responsibilities

• Conduct personal training sessions (functional, strength, and boxing).
• Provide exceptional service for premium-level clients.
• Maintain a high professional standard and represent the club with a presentable image.
• Promote personal training services and convert leads into clients.
• Participate in content creation when needed (photos, videos, training clips).
• Uphold brand standards and contribute to a positive gym atmosphere.
