MALE GENERAL PRACTITIONER

We are seeking a Male General Practitioner with a strong background in healthcare in Qatar to join our team. The ideal candidate will also function as a Medical Director, demonstrating excellent clinical expertise and exceptional managerial skills to lead and enhance the clinic's operations.

Key Responsibilities:

As General Practitioner:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients, ensuring high standards of medical practice.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform routine medical examinations and preventive health checks.
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with clinic and regulatory standards.

As Medical Director:

• Oversee clinical operations to ensure compliance with Ministry of Public Health
• Lead and mentor the medical and support staff to enhance team performance and patient care quality.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective healthcare policies and procedures.
• Manage relationships with insurance providers and ensure smooth operational integration.
• Represent Sama Medical Care in public and professional forums to enhance its reputation in the healthcare sector.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a valid QCHP license to practice in Qatar.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Practitioner, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar’s healthcare system and regulations.
• Proven managerial and leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
