Job Summary:

The SPA & Men’s Salon Host is responsible for delivering a premium guest experience by welcoming clients and ensuring the smooth operation of both the spa and men’s hair salon. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of grooming and wellness services tailored to male clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients in a professional, friendly, and discreet manner
• Manage bookings and appointments for both spa treatments and men’s grooming services (haircuts, shaving, beard care, etc.)
• Provide detailed information about services, packages, and products offered
• Escort clients to treatment or salon areas and ensure their comfort
• Coordinate with barbers, stylists, and therapists to ensure timely service delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception, waiting area, and salon/spa spaces
• Serve refreshments and ensure a relaxing, high-end atmosphere
• Handle check-in/check-out procedures, billing, and payments
• Promote additional services and products to enhance the client experience
• Address client inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, spa, or salon environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and grooming standards
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills (reservation systems, MS Office)
• Sales and customer service skills
