Job Overview
The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in daily HR functions and administrative tasks. This role helps ensure smooth HR operations by managing records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and supporting employee services in compliance with UAE labor laws
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling).
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave databases.
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, certificates).
- Handle employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR tasks.
Compliance & Support
- Ensure documentation complies with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in visa processing and employment documentation (in some roles).
- Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
Employee Engagement
- Help organize training sessions, workshops, or staff events.
- Assist in managing employee relations and performance documentation.
Qualifications & Skills

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (sometimes diploma accepted for entry level).
Experience
- 0–2 years experience in HR or administrative roles (fresh graduates often encouraged to apply).
- UAE HR experience is a plus but not always required. Great Dubai
Skills
- Strong communication (English required; Arabic often preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and UAE labor regulations
