Male Locker Room Server and Bartender

• Locker Room Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for professional, personable servers to provide excellent service in an à la carte dining environment located within a private locker room bar and grill.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner
• Greet guests promptly and present menus
• Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
• Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them efficiently
• Upsell menu items when appropriate
• Set up, maintain, and clear table settings
• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized at all times
• Deliver checks, process payments, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Communicate and cooperate effectively with kitchen and service staff
• Follow all health department regulations and customer service standards

Qualifications

• Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred; training provided
• Bartender experienced preferred
• Point of Sale (POS) experience a plus
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• College degree not required
