Job Description
We’re looking for professional, personable servers to provide excellent service in an à la carte dining environment located within a private locker room bar and grill.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a courteous and professional manner
- Greet guests promptly and present menus
- Make food and beverage recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and drink orders and serve them efficiently
- Upsell menu items when appropriate
- Set up, maintain, and clear table settings
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized at all times
- Deliver checks, process payments, and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Communicate and cooperate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Follow all health department regulations and customer service standards
Qualifications
- Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred; training provided
- Bartender experienced preferred
- Point of Sale (POS) experience a plus
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- College degree not required
